With more and more Americans playing in the National Lacrosse League each season, the U.S. box team continues to become a bigger force in the international scene.
In 2024, the U.S. achieved two things it had never done at the box world championship — beating the Haudenosaunee Nationals and reaching the gold medal game. A silver medal marked the sixth straight time the U.S. had medaled at the world championship and gave a glimpse of what the future can hold.
