Veteran coach Stan Ross will be an assistant coach for the 2022 U.S. U21 team. Ross has been the head coach at Oxbridge Academy (Fla.) for the past nine years, starting the program from scratch and building it into one of the top high school programs in the state. He led the team to six consecutive district championships from 2014 to 2019 before the 2020 season was canceled due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. Oxbridge won another district title in 2022, ultimately reaching the state quarterfinals.

Andrew Stimmel, who will serve as an assistant coach for the 2022 U.S. U21 team, has just completed his third season as the head coach at Marquette University. After two altered seasons due to the global pandemic, Stimmel led the Golden Eagles to the Big East tournament in 2022.

After helping the U.S. U19 team to a gold medal in 2016 as an assistant coach, Pat Myers is back for another run coaching alongside his brother, U.S. head coach Nick Myers. The U.S. is set to compete in the 2022 World Lacrosse Men's U21 World Championship in Limerick, Ireland.

Myers has been the head coach at Lafayette since 2019 and is coming off of a four-win season, equaling the program's best total in over a decade, including a memorable win over Drexel and the Leopards' first Patriot League win since 2017.
