What is your area's selection process? (All Coaches Vote, Committee Vote, or Combination and is it In-person, Virtual, or Electronic) Erika Hennessy and I were nominated by the Women’s Lacrosse Club of South Jersey to serve as Co-Chairs. Our selection process will follow the guidelines established by USA Lacrosse. We plan to conduct an electronic vote through a committee-based system. Committee members will be chosen through an open nomination process, and we intend to have a total of 5-7 members. While we have not yet held a vote on this structure, we plan to do so in the near future.
