SPARKS, Md. – Stephanie Mullette, a mission-driven business leader with over 15 years of success in the private sector and not-for-profit world, recently joined the staff of USA Lacrosse as Vice President, Membership and Regional Growth.
In this role, Mullette will drive strategic direction and leadership for all aspects of USA Lacrosse's membership program while serving on the organization’s Leadership Team. She will oversee membership operations and regional development with the primary goals of engaging current members, driving new membership and revenue growth, and ensuring all members receive an optimal experience and value from their membership.

Mullette most recently served as Vice President of Partnerships and Business Development at StraighterLine, where she reshaped engagement strategies and developed key partnerships to expand the organization’s reach. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Membership at the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), she oversaw strategic changes to the membership mode and launched key, member-focused initiatives, resulting in new audiences and double-digit growth.
Mullette holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School. She is a former lacrosse player and has also coached.
