Athletes Unlimited launches its fourth season of professional women’s lacrosse this Thursday, July 18, beginning a four-week run on Tierney Field at USA Lacrosse headquarters in Sparks, Md. through August 11.

AU’s final roster of 56 players, set last week, features many of the world’s best players, including two-time reigning AU champion Taylor Moreno, recent collegiate stars Charlotte North, Izzy Scane and Ally Mastroianni, two-time world champions Marie McCool and Meg Douty, and three-time AU medalist Sam Apuzzo.

Many of the players expressed great excitement for returning to Tierney Field.

“We love this facility. It's beautiful,” said North, a two-time Tewaaraton Award winner and a member of the 2022 world champion U.S. women’s team. “It has literally everything you could ever need.”

“I think having an organization like USA Lacrosse involved is super special, especially since they're going to be really driving and pushing our international exposure,” Moreno said. “Every time you step into those locker rooms downstairs, you're kind of taken back, like wow, this is for USA Lacrosse. I'm really happy and fortunate to be back here.”

Tickets for the 2024 season are available now at auprosports.com. All games will be available live exclusively either on ESPN platforms or Bally Sports regional sports networks and the Bally Sports app when users sign in through their pay TV provider or subscribe to Bally Sports+.

“With our most stacked roster yet, the fourth season of Athletes Unlimited Pro Lacrosse will shine a brilliant light on professional women’s lacrosse on the sport’s biggest stage,” said Abi Jackson, director of lacrosse for Athletes Unlimited. “We are looking forward to the highest level of competition in front of the best lacrosse fans in the world at USA Lacrosse headquarters.”

“We’re excited for another summer of Athletes Unlimited at USA Lacrosse,” said USA Lacrosse CEO Marc Riccio. “The game, the athletes, and the fan experience are fantastic. We look forward to working with Athletes Unlimited to bring this season to life and provide these women’s lacrosse players a world-class experience.”
