Three-Step Process

The National Team Development Program's mission is to develop the next generation of American lacrosse players by expanding and strengthening the talent pool for U.S. National Teams competing in World Lacrosse international events. Along the way, participants gain valuable experience, learn from some of the sport's most accomplished coaches, and compete alongside the best players in the country.

The program is designed with a three-step process:

  • Step 1: Regional ID Clinics
  • Step 2: National Combines
  • Step 3: U.S. Youth National Teams international competition

Ultimately, the program seeks to help every player develop their game, compete with the best, and begin their journey toward representing the United States.
