Sixes was conducted at The World Games for the first time and a young U.S. team earned the silver medal after reaching the championship game before falling to Canada 14-12 in Birmingham, Ala. Belle Smith, a past gold medalist in 2019 with the U.S. U19 team, led the team in scoring with 21 points.
