Taylor Moreno, Sam Apuzzo, Ally Mastroianni and Britt Read served as Week 1 captains for the Athletes Unlimited Lacrosse draft Monday night at USA Lacrosse headquarters in Sparks, Md., and their teams are now set for opening week.
The third season of Athletes Unlimited Lacrosse begins Thursday, July 20, with a doubleheader at USA Lacrosse HQ. Team Mastroianni faces Team Apuzzo at 5 p.m. Eastern, followed by Team Moreno against Team Read at 7:30 p.m. The teams will then play once each on Saturday and Sunday before another draft next Monday to determine Week 2 rosters.
