The USA Lacrosse Players of the Week recognize the most outstanding individual performances in high school boys’ lacrosse in each region we cover.

Public schools produce some of the most competitive teams and top players in the country. Here are our National Top 25 and Regional Top 10 lists entering the 2025 season.

One week into schedules opening, and there’s a new No. 1. Malvern Prep (Pa.) answered any doubts when it held off former No. 1 McDonogh (Md.) in a thriller, 11-10.

Malvern Prep (Md.) and Boys' Latin (Md.) picked up big season-opening victories. They'll play each other Wednesday at USA Lacrosse.

The addition of teams rostering post-graduate players to the USA Lacrosse high school rankings makes the Northeast Boys' Top 10 even more competitive.

The Dons are 3-0 and debut at No. 8 in the rankings. On tap this week, No. 1 St. Ignatius (Calif.) hosts No. 3 Valor Christian (Colo.).
