Those are some of the words to describe two-way midfielder Ryan Conrad, who has achieve success at every level of the game, and no matter what sport he is playing.
Conrad made his debut with the national team program helping the U.S. win a gold medal at the 2016 U19 world championship. Conrad scored the game-winning goal to cap a dramatic U.S. team comeback.
A star soccer player in high school in addition to his lacrosse exploits, Conrad closed his college career helping Virginia win a national championship in 2019.
He returned to the U.S. team program helping the Sixes team win a silver medal at The World Games 2022 in Birmingham, Ala., and then capped off the summer helping the Waterdogs win their first Premier Lacrosse League championship.

- Finished career with 61 goals, 35 assists and 192 groundballs
- Had career bests of 49 points (31g, 18), 95 groundballs and 11 caused turnovers as a senior
- Nation's No. 1 recruit coming out of high school by Inside Lacrosse
- 2nd overall pick in 2019 PLL Draft - selected by Atlas
- Selected by Waterdogs in 2020 Expansion Draft
- Had career bests of 18 goals and 8 assists in 2022
- Added seven goals in thee games during Waterdogs 2022 PLL playoff run to the championship
