Stony Brook '20From almost out of nowhere Ally Kennedy burst onto the scene in her U.S. team debut. She hasn't stopped turning heads.
Ally Kennedy was a relative unknown when she debuted with the U.S. women's national team at the President's Cup in 2018. One sprint up the field and everyone knew who she was. She scored a team-high four goals in an exhibition game victory over the UWLX All-Stars at that event and has been a steady presence on the U.S. team ever since.
A two-time All-American at Stony Brook, Kennedy is one of the top all-around players in the sport. She played an instrumental role in carrying on the success of the Stony Brook program following the graduation of NCAA record setters Courtney Murphy and Kylie Ohlmiller.
