Casey MacNeil serves as the assistant athletic trainer at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell, where she works with the men’s lacrosse program. She has previously worked with the men’s lacrosse programs Johns Hopkins University and LIU-Post. MacNeil received her undergraduate degree from Merrimack College, where she was a four-year member of the women’s lacrosse program. She received her master’s from Argosy University.

Barbara Jean Ercolino will be serving on her second U.S. team staff after working with the 2015 U.S. Women’s U19 team. Ercolino serves as the associate athletic trainer at Stony Brook University, working with the Seawolves women’s lacrosse program. She graduated from High Point University and earned a master’s degree from the University of Arizona.

Rahal Kapur has been the chief medical physician for the University of Pennsylvania athletics program since 2007. A graduate of George Mason University who earned his medical degree at the University of Virginia, Kapur is a staff physician at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center as serves as an associate professor of orthopedic surgery and of clinical family medicine and community health at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.

Karen Sutton has a deep connection to the sport and USA Lacrosse. A three-time team captain at Duke, she currently serves on the USA Lacrosse Sports Science and Safety Committee and previously worked with the 2011 and 2019 U.S. Women’s U19 Teams and the 2017 U.S. Women’s Senior Team. Sutton earned her medical degree from the University of Maryland and is currently an associate professor and sports medicine orthopedic surgeon at the Hospital for Special Surgery.
