Home Scholarship Application The Michael Breschi Scholarship is awarded to two graduating high school seniors who plan to attend college and are the son or daughter of an active lacrosse coach or official. The parent or guardian can be either a male or female coach or official in youth, high school, or college, and should be a full-time employee of an educational institution. The scholarship winners are responsible for checking with the college or university to verify that his/her acceptance of this scholarship meets all institutional regulations, particularly with regard to financial aid packages. If the recipient is a scholarship-athlete, the scholarship must also meet all NCAA regulations as they pertain to that institution and the student-athlete. The scholarship is a one-time scholarship of $2,500 for each of two recipients. An amount of $2,500 will be issued to the scholarship winner’s college/university after the transcript of the first semester/quarter has been received by USA Lacrosse.
