Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. The search for the next U.S. U20 women’s team begins in July.

On Wednesday, USA Lacrosse announced the 99 players who will try out for the 2024 world championship in Hong Kong, China, from August 15-25, 2024.

The try out takes place July 7-9 and will be overseen by Kelly Amonte Hiller, the returning coach from 2019 coming off a national championship with Northwestern.

Full invite list here.

2. Another Tuesday means another set of high school ranking updates.

Postseason play on Long Island had a major impact on the Nike / USA Lacrosse High School Boys’ National Top 25. In the Top 25 on the girls’ side, all the movement came in the final eight spots, including the addition of three new teams to the ranks.

Regionally, every No. 1 team from last week remains in its top place — but there’s plenty more movement to dissect below.

3. There’s no stopping Kieran McArdle.

McArdle lost his mother, became a father and won his first-ever championship at age 30. What’s next? A trip to San Diego in a couple weeks to represent the U.S. at the World Lacrosse Men’s Championship. He’s going for gold.
