Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. Our preseason countdown continued Tuesday with the release of Division III All-Americans and previews of the No. 9-ranked teams in the Nike/USA Lacrosse Division I Top 20s.

Salisbury led all teams with six preseason All-Americans, including three first-team selections, on the men’s side. Gettysburg and TCNJ each placed five preseason All-Americans on the women’s list, while Middlebury led the way with three first-teamers.

The Penn men and Stanford women both profile as NCAA tournament and perhaps final four contenders.

2. John Stark, assistant director of athletic communications at Syracuse, has run at least one mile for 1,860 days.

Nelson Rice penned a profile on the former Lycoming lacrosse player turned sports information iron man.

3. Premier Lacrosse League founder Paul Rabil posted a Twitter thread with PLL rules for its upcoming Championship Series — a spin on Sixes. “Olympic rules might be the future of lacrosse,” Rabil tweeted.
