2. USA Lacrosse unveils U.S. men’s box national player pool.
On Monday, head coach Regy Thorpe announced the 66-player pool for the U.S. men’s box national team. Forty players are currently on NLL teams, including All-NLL selection Tom Schreiber. The pool also includes 15 players who were on the 2019 team that took bronze, including Trevor Baptiste and Joel White. Here’s the complete list of players.
3. Kyle Hartzell announces retirement.
Kyle Hartzell, a long-stick midfielder who produced a 16-year professional career, announced his retirement in a statement on Monday. Hartzell won a gold medal with the U.S. men’s national team in 2018. Read more.
