1. Canadian influence helps U.S. men’s box program.

U.S. men’s box coach Regy Thorpe saw some good things the last two weekends – here’s a look at some takeaways from the North American Invitational.

2. How varsity women’s lacrosse came to Florida State.

Efforts led by the existing club program players have resulted in a new varsity women’s lacrosse program at Florida State.

3. NCAA transfer portal windows adjusted.

The NCAA has adjusted windows for players to enter the transfer portal. For spring sports, there is a 30-day window that begins seven days after teams are selected for the NCAA tournament and then from Dec. 1-15.
