Dialed In: Your Lacrosse Fix for Thursday, Nov. 2

November 2, 2023
Kenny DeJohn

Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. Lacrosse in the United States is unified under the ELEVATE28 banner.

NLL.com’s Adam Levi was on hand on Tuesday when leaders from eight lacrosse bodies in the U.S. rang the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange.

All involved — USA Lacrosse, Athletes Unlimited, IWLCA, IMLCA, PLL, NLL, World Lacrosse and Joe Tsai Sports — are committed to doubling the sport’s participation by the end of the decade.

2. This Indigenous Peoples Month, the Haudenosaunee Nationals will celebrate their history and culture on X (formerly Twitter).

Be sure to follow the account for November and beyond.

3. Jacksonville will host the 2024 ASUN women’s lacrosse championship.

The tournament will be held at Rock Stadium from May 2-4, 2024, and will be the eighth time it is hosted by the Dolphins. It’s the third straight season the ASUN will crown a champion at The Rock.
