Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:
1. Another head coaching gig is reportedly available.
Chris Jastrzembski reported Wednesday that Tom Gravante, one of the longest-tenured head coaches in Division I, has been relieved of his duties at Mount St. Mary’s. Gravante had been the program’s head coach since 1995.

One of the longer-tenured coaches in Division I with a single school, Gravante had been the Mountaineers head coach since 1995.
In addition, his son — TJ Gravante — has entered the transfer portal after being named the MAAC’s Rookie of the Year. He had 13 goals, eight assists and 18 ground balls for the Mountaineers.
2. In other coaching news:
— Jastrzembski reported that North Carolina offensive coordinator David Metzbower is parting ways with the school he helped win a national championship in 2016. Players were informed via email Tuesday night, though there’s been no official announcement from the school.
— Ohio State has officially welcomed Justin Tuma back as an assistant. Tuma was a volunteer assistant in 2018. He spent the past five years at High Point.

ESPN will carry all 107 games of the 2023 World Lacrosse Men’s Championship, beginning next week in San Diego. Six games will appear on linear television on either ESPN2 or ESPNU.
4. The NLL has launched the “Every Child Matters” auction.
In support of National Indigenous History Month in Canada, the NLL is auctioning off team-signed gear to help raise funds for non-profit partners.
Fans and anyone who wants to support the initiative can bid through Friday, June 30, at 5 p.m. Eastern. All funds will be split between the NLL’s two non-profit partners, the Gord Downie and Chanie Wenjack Fund in Canada and the National Native American Boarding School Healing Coalition in the United States.
