Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. Denver men’s lacrosse and Virginia women’s lacrosse check in at No. 13 in the Nike/USA Lacrosse Magazine Preseason Division I rankings.

For No. 13 Denver, coach Bill Tierney hopes to bring the Pioneers back to national prominence in his final season. Click here for the preview.

No. 13 Virginia adds multiple Big Ten transfers and welcomes new assistant coaches, hoping to compete in the ACC in 2023. Click here for more.  

2. Wingate star Willie Grieco was named our Division II Men’s Preseason Player of the Year.

3. East Stroudsburg midfielder Emily Mitarotonda was named our Division II Women’s Preseason Player of the Year.
