Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. Lindsey Frank is double trouble.

Lindsey Frank was all-conference in both field hockey and lacrosse at Richmond. Now she’s continuing to play both sports as a grad student at Northwestern. On Sunday, she helped the field hockey team win its first Big Ten championship since 2013.

2. 27 Strong

This will be the final year longtime Division III power Cabrini remains open as a school. Twenty-seven of its men’s lacrosse players have stuck around to try and send the Cavaliers out in style.

3. Virginia State on the right path.

Virginia State is the latest HBCU school to add lacrosse. It’s men’s and women’s programs will launch their first seasons at the Division II level in 2024.

4. The heart of fall.

Duquesne and Delaware were among eight women's programs competing at Delaware this weekend for fall ball action.

This weekend marked another full state of fall ball action. Delaware's women hosted American, Duquesne, Fairfield, Lafayette, Mount St. Mary’s, Niagara and Vanderbilt in action on Saturday.
