Good morning. Here’s the latest from around the lacrosse world:

1. Duke v. Notre Dame in the grand finale.

The college lacrosse season comes to an end today with top-seeded Duke meeting No. 3 Notre Dame in the NCAA Division I men’s title game at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. The game begins at 1 p.m. Eastern. Patrick Stevens with a preview on the two teams that were snubbed a year ago.

2. Northwestern’s wait is over.

From 2005-12, Northwestern won seven national championships in an eight-year stretch. Then it went a decade without reaching the championship game. The Wildcats got back to their familiar perch atop the women’s lacrosse world with a dominating 18-6 win over Boston College.

3. Salisbury continues to stand the test of time.

Three decades ago, Jim Berkman and Salisbury denied Hobart a final Division III title. Over the years, the Sea Gulls just kept overcoming every challenge thrown their way. On Sunday, the Gulls ended Tufts perfect season to win their 13th national championship in men’s lacrosse.
