Defending champion BC Club, one of three remaining undefeated teams, continues its hold on No. 1 in the latest WCLA Division I Top 20, released Wednesday, while Clemson Club made a significant jump to join the top 10 for the first time.
The past week was the quietest of the season for the WCLA, with just four games involving ranked teams. No. 2 Colorado, No. 3 Michigan Club, No. 4 Florida Club and No. 5 BYU round out the top five.
Clemson Club made the biggest move of the week, climbing six spots to settle at No. 10. Penn State Club was the only newcomer this week, joining the ranking at No. 19.
The week ahead features a busier schedule, as many of the idle teams return to the field, including No. 4 Florida Club, No. 6 Georgia and No. 14 Virginia Club. The Cavaliers face three ranked opponents this week with games against No. 9 Virginia Tech Club, No. 13 North Carolina Club and No. 20 NC State.
