The Premier Lacrosse League announced today the coaching staffs for each of its six teams on the heels of rolling out the team names on Tuesday. 

"We're humbled and energized to work these accomplished, driven and thoughtful coaches who will usher in a new era of lacrosse," explained Josh Sims, Head of Lacrosse. "Along with the best players in our sport, they are the key to the continued progression of the game and the delivery of a world class product."

Nat St. Laurent will be the head coach for Redwoods LC,and has tapped Dom Marzano and Todd MacFarlane as assistant coaches. Marzano is in his second season as the head coach of Capital University, and previously coached three years at the professional level. MacFarlane is an assistant coach for the University of Pennsylvania, and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Jim Stagnitta will be the head coach for the Whipsnakes LC , and has named Mike Murphy and Brian Grady as assistant coaches. Murphy is the current head coach for The Hill School, after coaching at the collegiate level for 22 years, including a eight year tenure as the head coach of Colgate University. Grady is an assistant coach for Chestnut Hill College and has spent the last 25 years coaching at the collegiate level, with stops at Rutgers and VMI.

John Paul will be the head coach for Atlas LC, and has tapped Jason Lamb and Chris Kolon as assistant coaches. Lamb is the director of athletics and head coach at Southern Virginia University, and has spent 20 years coaching at the collegiate and professional level, including helping start the MCLA. Kolon is in his fifth season as the head coach for Detroit Mercy, and has spent the last 11 years on the sideline for the Titans.

Andy Towers will be the head coach for Chaos LC, and has named Ryan Curtis and Matt Panetta as assistant coaches. Curtis is the head coach at Westminster School, and previously spent ten years as the head coach at Vermont after playing professionally outdoor and for Team USA. Panetta, who was an all-pro indoor and outdoor player, has spent the last two decades coaching at the professional and collegiate level.

Dom Starsia will be the head coach for Chrome LC, and has named Bob Deegan and John Walker as the assistant coaches. Walker, was a first team All-American at Army, and has coached collegiately at Princeton and Virginia. Deegan spent the last 35 years coaching at storied West Genesee HS, winning 13 state titles and producing dozens of future collegiate All-Americans.

Chris Bates will be the head coach for Archers LC, and has named Tony Resch and Brian Kavanagh as assistant coaches. Resch is an associate head coach at La Salle College High School, where his teams have won four state titles and has coached at the professional level for over two decades, winning six different championships. Kavanagh is an assistant coach for the University of Vermont and has spent the last five years coaching after a successful career at Princeton University.
