Fred Opie is an author and former Syracuse University and US National Lacrosse team player growing integrity, effort, and care on and off the field.

Host Fred Opie interviews father and son, Ed and Chazz Woodson. Ed played football and lacrosse at Middlebury College and Chazz played lacrosse at Brown University, and his brother Bryce played at the Ohio State University.

Ed shares why after serving as faculty member and coach at a boarding school, why he believes they are the best preparation for college for students and student athletes. In the second half of the show, Chazz talks about his Brown recruiting and admissions process, how to excel as a student athlete, how to train and eat as a player, and his more than a decade-long professional lacrosse career.
