An anticipated snow event in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast is forcing a late scurry of schedule changes in college lacrosse this weekend. At least 10 Division I games have changed dates or start times so far.

Friday's slate went from zero men's Division I games to five due to the changes, highlighted by No. 4 Denver at No. 8 Villanova at 7 p.m. Two years ago, Denver edged Villanova 12-11 during heavy snow, and the two teams bumped up a day to try and avoid a similar weather event.

The biggest move on the women's side is No. 11 Virginia hosting No. 18 Penn State, with that game moving from Saturday afternoon to Friday night at 7 p.m. at Klockner Stadium.
