USA Lacrosse Magazine announced Tuesday its 2021 Division I Women’s All-Americans, a list compiled by staff and contributors, with input from college coaches and other sources.
North Carolina, top team in the Nike / USA Lacrosse Division I Top 20 and No. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament, leads all schools with seven All-American selections — five on the firs team.
Syracuse, the No. 3 team in the nation, followed with six selections. Boston College and Northwestern each placed five players on All-America or Honorable Mention, and Florida placed four.
USA Lacrosse Magazine identified 60 players overall as All-Americans, including first-, second- and third-team honors as well as honorable mentions.
