The USA Lacrosse Players of the Week recognize the most outstanding individual performances in high school girls’ lacrosse in each of the five regions — Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, South, Midwest and West — outlined in our high school coverage.

This week, we honor the top performances from the Mid-Atlantic, South and West Regions. Next week, we will add the remaining regions.

MID-ATLANTIC

Kiley Mottice, Archbishop Carroll (Pa.)

The North Carolina-bound senior posted 10 points in a pair of wins at the McDonogh Invitational on Saturday. Mottice fired in five goals in a 14-2 win over Bishop Ireton (Va.) and then scored four goals and added one assist in a 12-4 win over Bryn Mawr (Md.).

Also notable: Gabby Greene, Archbishop Spalding (Md.); Quinn Murray, Georgetown Visitation (D.C.); Maggie Weisman, Glenelg Country (Md.)

— Justin Feil

SOUTH

Clark Hamilton, Blessed Trinity (Ga.)

Sophomore attacker Clark Hamilton is finding the back of the net more often. After scoring a hat trick last week against Kell (Ga.), she notched a five-goal effort against King’s Ridge Christian (Ga.). Her Blessed Trinity squad is off to an undefeated start.

Also notable: Kayleen Favreau, Holly Springs (N.C.); Maeve Simonds, Milton (Ga.)

— Justin Boggs

WEST

Zoe Martin, Colorado Academy (Colo.)

The sophomore scored four goals as the Mustangs beat Fairview (Colo.) 8-6 in their second game of the season last week. Martin scored 26 goals as a freshman last year and will be counted on for a lot of firepower this season as Colorado reloads after losing a class that had never lost a game in high school.

Also notable: Reagan Laubner, Newbury Park (Calif.); Samantha Riely, Park City (Utah); Harper Skeie, Palos Verdes (Calif.)
