The US Lacrosse Players of the Week recognize the most outstanding individual performances in high school girls’ lacrosse in each of the five regions — Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, South, Midwest and West — outlined in our high school coverage.

Players of the Week from the Northeast will be announced once play begins in the region.

“Maddigan is a complete player,” St. Joe’s coach Leeland Gray said. “As a midfielder, she is wicked quick on the draw circle, she is tough as nails on defense, and Maddigan has a relentless determination and ability to finish on the offensive end of the field.”
