The US Lacrosse Players of the Week recognize the most outstanding individual performances in high school girls’ lacrosse in each of the five regions — Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, South, Midwest and West — outlined in our high school coverage.
Players of the Week from the Northeast will be announced once play begins in the region.
MID-ATLANTIC
Darcy Felter, Penn Charter (Pa.)
The junior UNC commit had four goals, one assist, one ground ball and five draw controls in an 11-10 overtime win over Agnes Irwin (Pa.) on Wednesday, then added five goals, two assists and five draw controls in a 17-7 win over Manheim Central (Pa.). The wins helped Penn Charter improve to 4-0 going into a huge week with games against Springside Chestnut Hill (Pa.) on Tuesday, Notre Dame (Pa.) on Friday and No. 4 Conestoga on Saturday.

SOUTH
Aliya Polisky, Franklin (Tenn.)
Polisky scored six goals, helping Franklin (Tenn.) defeat previously unbeaten Ravenwood (Tenn.) on April 5. The sophomore also scored seven goals against Assumption (Ky.). She is second on her team in goals this season with 48.
