Twenty-four current college seniors were chosen by Major League Lacrosse teams Friday in the MLL Rookie Selection, a four-round conference call during which the six remaining franchises had the opportunity to claim the rights to players previously drafted by Charlotte, Ohio and Florida —which have ceased operations — as well as any other players who did not come off the board during the MLL College Draft on March 9.

MLL teams have the options of inviting their selections to training camp once the rookie’s collegiate eligibility has expired. Any collegiate player not selected by Atlanta, Boston, Chesapeake, Dallas, Denver or New York can register for the 2019 MLL player pool once their eligibility has expired.
