The FIL Women’s World Cup drew a record 25 nations to Surrey Sports Park in Guildford, England. We followed the U.S. closely as it won eight games in 10 days, securing its third straight gold medal in the quadrennial event. But the fanfare did not solely surround Team USA.

Photographers Ady Kerry and Adam Scott shot 73 games, plus opening and closing ceremonies.

The raw emotion of England returning to the medal stand for the first time since 2005 in front of its home crowd. The beautiful encounter of two indigenous cultures — and rising women’s lacrosse powers — when the Haudenosaunee met New Zealand. Israel’s run to the top flight. Italy’s surprising debut. The birth of women’s lacrosse in East Asia and South America.

And selfies. So many selfies.

Kerry and Scott captured it all. Here are our 50 favorite non-Team USA photos from the World Cup. (Click info icon for captions.)
