The Eagles beat Colleyville (Texas) 17-3 and Flower Mound (Texas) 9-4 in the in the district playoffs. They play Plano West on Tuesday in another tournament game. The Scots beat St. Mark’s (Texas) 7-5 in the district playoffs. They play Flower Mound in another playoff game on Tuesday. Previous: 5
5. St. Andrew’s (Fla.), 15-2
The Scots rode a superb performance by goalie Justin Lugo and toppled former No.2 Oxbridge Academy with a 6-5 win in a Florida High School Athletic Association regional quarterfinal. Lugo had 16 saves, including 11 in the first half, to end Oxbridge’s season. Six different players scored for the Scots, who had lost to Oxbridge 8-5 earlier in the season. The Scots play formerly-ranked and two-time defending Florida state champ St. Thomas Aquinas in a regional semifinal on Tuesday. Previous: 8
6. Jupiter (Fla.), 17-2
The Warriors advanced to the FHSAA regional semifinals with an easy 15-3 win over St. Edward’s in a quarterfinal. Nine players scored goals for the Warriors, led by Denver Aranda and Max Sanderson each with three goals and one assist. They play at Melbourne Central Catholic (14-1) on Tuesday. 7. The Woodlands (Texas), 19-1
The Highlanders picked up two playoffs wins, beating Kingwood (Texas) 19-4 and St. John’s (Texas) 16-8 to win the South Division playoffs and earn a berth in the Super Regional. They have a first-round bye and play Sunday with a chance to advance to the Texas High School Lacrosse League championship. Previous: 7

The Trojans picked up wins against ranked Centennial (Ga.) and previously-ranked Louisville Trinity (Ky.) to join the top 10. They beat Centennial 13-8 and Trinity 9-7. The latter win came in the Legacy Cup. They also beat Memphis University School 8-7 in the Cup. The Trojans, the 2017 GHSA 6A-7A state champions, open tournament play Thursday against Lakeside-Evans. The Knights opened the week with a 13-8 loss to Lassiter (Ga.), but bounced back with wins over Woodward Academy (Ga.) and Louisville Trinity (Ky.) in the Legacy Cup. The Knights beat Woodward 22-6 and Trinity 18-13. Nicky Solomon had seven goals and two assists in the win over Woodward to reach 600 career points. Ryan Siracusa had seven goals and four assists in the win over Trinity and added four against Woodward. The ThunderWolves’ season ended with a heartbreaking 6-5 loss to St. Andrew’s in the FHSAA quarterfinals. They had a chance to tie in the final minute, but St. Andrew’s forced a turnover and ran out the clock. Blake Jerd scored twice for the ThunderWolves, and Connor Davies, Jerry Annunziata and Shane Waina each had one goal. Christian Tomei had nine saves. Previous: 2

The Eagles had another impressive week, defeating Everest Academy (Ontario), 20-7, New Trier (Ill.), 9-5, and Lake Forest (Ill.), 22-1. Alec Stathakis dominated on the faceoff X last week, winning 52 of 55 attempts, and added three goals. Austin Madronic scored 11 times and added four assists. Previous: 1

The Ramblers had a relatively easy week, defeating Fenwick (Ill.) 17-4 on April 24 and St. Ignatius Prep (Ill.) 16-3 on Friday. Andrew Forsyth scored four times against Fenwick and five times against St, Ignatius, while Nolan Chow earned a pair of hat tricks. The Shamrocks stayed home for a trio of games and pulled out three victories. Detroit Catholic Central defeated Cranbrook (Mich.) 18-4 on April 24, Detroit Country Day 21-3 on Thursday and St. Michael’s College (Ontario) 17-15 on Friday. Pete Thompson continued posting big numbers, scoring 14 goals and adding seven assists over the three games last week. The Falcons opened the week with an 8-6 win over rival Poway (Calif.) and then handed No. 3 La Costa Canyon (Calif.) just its second loss, 12-8, on Friday. Torrey Pines outscored the Mavericks 5-1 in the fourth quarter to seal the win, as sophomore Blake Erlbeck finished with five goals, senior Spencer Grant (Michigan) had three goals and six ground balls and sophomore Teagan Bultman (Brown) won 12 faceoffs. The Raiders extended their win streak to nine games with three more victories last week, most notably a 15-13 nail-biter against Kent Denver (Colo.). The game was tied at 13 going into the fourth quarter, and Regis got goals from Jake Taylor and Reed Babcock to win the game. Taylor finished with five goals, and Babcock had two goals and two assists. The Sea Kings claimed the Bay League title last week, beating Peninsula (Calif.), 18-2, in the league tournament semifinals and finishing off with a 15-2 rout of Mira Costa (Calif.) in the final Thursday. The Bruins outscored their two opponents 30-4 last week. Harry Olson and Morry Stein each had four goals and two assists in a 17-1 win over Smoky Hill, and eight others scored goals.
