Landon (Md.) will finish the 2017 season atop the Nike/US Lacrosse High School Boys' National Top 25. With a win over then-No. 6 Bullis (Md.), Landon captured the IAC championship and finished its year with a 21-0 record. Nate Buller (Navy) scored five goals to help his team dismantle Bullis 18-7 to win its 31st conference title.

Elsewhere, Bridgewater-Raritan (N.J.) and Severna Park (Md.) were some of the biggest movers in this week's rankings, each keeping its undefeated season alive. Bridgewater-Raritan won the Somerset County Tounrnament and Severna Park is just three wins away from a Maryland 4A/3A state title.

3. Manhasset (N.Y.), 12-2

John Psyllos finished with four goals and two assists to lead the Indians to a 16-0 win over New Hyde Park (N.Y.) last week. Top-seeded Manhasset faces ninth-seeded Calhoun (N.Y.) in the Nassau County Class B quarterfinals Thursday. Previous: 3

4. Jamesville-DeWitt (N.Y.), 14-1

Joseph Kiesa scored with 30 seconds left in overtime to lift the 2016 Class B state champion Red Rams to a 9-8 win over 2016 Class A state champ Victor (N.Y.). With the state reclassifying to four classes this year, J-D is in Class C and Victor is in Class B. The Red Rams, who also beat Homer (N.Y.) last week, close the regular season Tuesday with a game against East Syracuse-Minoa. Previous: 5

5. Chaminade (N.Y.), 10-4

The Flyers went 2-1 last week, defeating St. John the Baptist (N.Y.), 13-4, and St. Dominic (N.Y.), 17-7, but falling to national-No. 8 Delbarton (N.J.) 10-6, on Saturday. Andrew Bonafede stopped seven shots in the loss. Chaminade plays rival St. Anthony’s (N.Y.) in the CHSAA Class A title game Thursday. Previous: 4

6. Lincoln-Sudbury (Mass.), 12-1

The Warriors were 3-0 last week with wins over Acton Boxborough (Mass.), Concord Carlisle (Mass.), and Duxbury (Mass.). The Duxbury win was especially impressive as L-S dominated every facet of the game, holding the Dragons scoreless for the first three quarters en route to a 9-1 win. Trevor Van Leer recorded 11 saves and Hayden Frey finished with three goals and three assists. Previous: 6

7. Ward Melville (N.Y.), 14-2

The Patriots closed the regular season with a pair of wins, topping both Commack (N.Y.) and Connetquot (N.Y.) last week. Matt Grillo had two goals and two assists to lead the Patriots to an 11-6 win over Connetquot. Ward Melville opens postseason play this week. Previous: 7

8. Smithtown East (N.Y.), 13-3

The Bulls head into the postseason this week on a four-game win streak after adding wins over Huntington (N.Y.) and Sachem North (N.Y.). Connor DeSimone (Johns Hopkins) capped a remarkable regular season with a combined eight goals and six assists. He now has 52 goals and 49 assists this season. Previous: 8

9. New Canaan (Conn.), 11-4

The Rams used the momentum from their May 6 win over St. Anthony’s to shut out Trinity Catholic (Conn.) and Stamford (Conn.) last week. They won by a combined score of 38-0. New Canaan faces a very good Ridgefield (Conn.) on Wednesday. Previous: 9

10. St. Anthony’s (N.Y.), 9-4

The Friars bounced back from their loss to New Canaan by beating St. Augustine Prep (N.J.), 10-2, and Staples-Westport (Conn.), 13-5, last week. Freshman Brennan O’Neil had three goals and two assists in the Augustine game. The Friars were set to close the regular season at St. John the Baptist (N.Y.) on Monday and then face rival Chaminade (N.Y.) in the CHSAA Class A title game Thursday. Previous: 10

The Bears closed an incredible spring Friday with a convincing 18-7 win over then-national No. 6 Bullis (Md.) in the IAC championship. Nate Buller (Navy) scored five goals to help them seize their 31^st IAC title. Landon also beat St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes (Va.), 14-7, earlier in the week to earn their place in the championship game. Previous: 1

2. La Salle (Pa.), 16-1

The Explorers took down another quality foe in the final week of the regular season, beating Inter-Ac power Haverford School (Pa.), 9-8. They raced out to a five-goal lead Wednesday and held on in the final minutes. Brett Baskin (Johns Hopkins) had three goals and an assist. On Thursday, they dropped Cardinal O’Hara (Pa.) for their 14^th straight victory. Previous: 2

3. Delbarton (N.J.), 15-1

The Green Wave landed their fifth straight Morris County Tournament title May 9 with a 10-8 win over Chatham (N.J.), highlighted by five goals from Garrett Samuelson (Tufts). Then, on Saturday, they scored a 10-6 victory over then-No. 12 Chaminade (N.Y.), behind four goals and an assist from Tom Schelling (Lehigh). Delbarton also beat Morristown (N.J.) on Monday and meets Donovan Catholic (N.J.) on Saturday in the NJSIAA tournament. Previous: 4

4. Calvert Hall (Md.), 14-2

Brendan Curry’s goal in the second overtime lifted the Cardinals to an 11-10 win over then-No. 13 Boys’ Latin on May 9. They kept their spot alone atop the MIAA standings by dropping then-No. 24 St. Paul’s (Md.), 8-3, on Friday. Jacob Kelly (North Carolina) combined for four goals and five assists for the week. 5. Bullis (Md.), 18-3

The Bulldogs earned another shot at top-ranked Landon but couldn’t capitalize. They scored the first two goals in Friday’s IAC championship before fading to an 18-7 loss. Alex Trippi (North Carolina) posted four goals and three assists in their 13-7 win over Georgetown Prep (Md.) in the semifinals. Previous: 3

6. McDonogh (Md.), 14-3

The Eagles remain in contention for a bye in the MIAA tournament after topping Loyola-Blakefield (Md.), 13-9, on May 9 and Archbishop Spalding (Md.), 11-4, on Friday. Liam Powderly tallied six goals and five assists for the week. McDonogh finishes the regular season Tuesday against Gilman (Md.). Previous: 6

7. Bridgewater-Raritan (N.J.), 15-0

The Panthers fought through rain Saturday to claim another Somerset County tournament. Nick Attanasio and Sean MacKinney had two goals and two assists apiece in a 12-7 win over Montgomery (N.J.) for the title. It was their 57^th win in 58 games, dating back to the start of 2015. 8. Severna Park (Md.), 17-0

The Falcons have their push for a repeat Maryland 4A/3A title off to a great start with wins over Old Mill and Howard. That leaves them three victories from a championship celebration and an undefeated season. Theoffense, led by UMBC-bound Trevor Patschorke, is averaging more than 15 goals per game. Previous: 10

9. Boys’ Latin (Md.), 12-5

The Lakers had a tough week. They came up short in a back-and-forth thriller May 9, falling 11-10 to then-national No. 9 Calvert Hall in double overtime. A 6-5 loss at Gilman (Md.) followed on Friday. They can still wrap up the No. 2 seed in the MIAA tournament with a victory Tuesday at St. Paul’s. Previous: 7

10.  Haverford School (Pa.), 14-6

The Fords got some help Friday with Episcopal Academy’s upset of Malvern Prep to claim their third straight Inter-Ac title. They beat Springside Chestnut Hill, 11-5, Saturday to finish the regular season alone atop the conference standings at 8-2. On Wednesday, they gave then-No. 5 La Salle all it could handle in a 9-8 loss. 1. St. Thomas Aquinas (Fla.), 21-1                                    

The Raiders claimed their second consecutive state championship with a 12-7 win over Lake Highland Prep (Fla.). STA has not lost to a Florida team since May of 2015. Previous: 1

2.  Lambert (Ga.), 19-1

The Longhorns battled past Pope (Ga.) 12-9 to advance to the GHSA 6A/7A state semifinals in their quest to defend their state title. Eric Overbay scored with just under 10 minutes to play to break a 7-7 tie, and then less than a minute later, Alex Walker scored to put Lambert up 9-7. By the time Gerard Kane scored with less than five minutes to play, Lambert led 12-7. Lambert plays ranked Centennial in the state semifinals on Wednesday. Previous: 3

3. Dallas Jesuit (Texas), 15-5

The Rangers rallied past Episcopal School of Dallas, scoring eight second-half goals to win 9-8 and earn their second consecutive THSLL state championship on Sunday. ESD sprinted to a 5-0 first-quarter lead, but couldn’t hold it. Jesuit goalie Luke Millican allowed just three second-half goals and finished with 11 saves to earn tournament MVP honors. Daniel Burnam scored the game-winner with 5:19 left. In an 8-4 semifinal win over Highland Park, Millican had 15 saves and Jack Tabor had three goals and an assist for a career-high four points. 4. Cardinal Gibbons (N.C.), 15-4

The Crusaders got wins over Jordan (N.C.) and Apex (N.C.) to move into the NCHSAA 4A Final Four with a chance to defend their state title. They beat Jordan 18-5, then got past Apex 15-5. Gibbons plays unbeaten and No. 1 seed Middle Creek (N.C.) on Tuesday in the semifinals. This is where the Crusaders finds out if their tough schedule full of out-of-state opponents pays off. Previous: 4 

5. Episcopal School of Dallas (Texas), 18-1

The Eagles advanced to the THSLL title game with an 11-8 win over previously undefeated The Woodlands, but fell short of the title when Dallas Jesuit rallied for a 9-8 win. Jesuit scored eight goals in the second half. Previous: 6

6. The Woodlands (Texas), 23-1

The Highlanders, top-seeded in the THSLL Final Four, lost their shot at a state title and their undefeated season when Episcopal School Dallas scored four times in the fourth quarter of their state semifinal to pull out an 11-8 win. Previous: 2

7. Centennial (Ga.), 16-3                             

The Knights beat Harrison (Ga.) 22-11 and Roswell (Ga.) 21-11 to move into the GHSA 6A/7A Final Four, where they play No. 3-ranked Lambert in the semifinals on Wednesday. Nicky Solomon had 16 points in the win over Roswell, with seven goals and nine assists, and Colin Hall had eight goals and three assists. Previous: 5  

8. Weddington (N.C.), 18-1

The Warriors had more than two weeks off between the end of the regular season and the start of the NCHSAA 1A/2A/3A playoffs, but it didn’t show. They beat 2016 state champ Marvin Ridge 21-8 to advance to the third round and then downed Northern Guilford 18-5 to move on to the Final Four. The Warriors will face Cuthbertson on Tuesday. Previous: 7

9. Louisville St. Xavier (Ky.), 15-3

The Tigers beat Louisville Collegiate (Ky.) in the first round of the KSLL playoffs on Wednesday and then topped Kentucky Country Day in the quarterfinals Monday. Semifinals are Wednesday with the championship game Friday at Christian Academy. The Tigers are the defending state champ and have won eight of the last nine titles. Previous: 9

10. Ponte Vedra (Fla.), 19-2

The Sharks’ promising season ended in an upset in the second round of the Florida state play-in games. Their only other loss was to Jupiter, and they had three strong out-of-state wins. Previous: 10

1. Culver Prep Academy (Ind.), 18-1

The Eagles increased their winning streak to 14 games after easily defeating Glenbrook North (Ill.), 20-2, on Saturday. Culver travels to Philadelphia for the Inter-Ac Tournament this week. Previous: 1

2. Cathedral (Ind.), 16-3

After defeating Guerin (Ind.) 6-3 on May 9, the Irish picked up a pair of victories at the Midwest Lacrosse Tournament. They defeated Mason (Ohio), 10-3, and University (Ind.), 10-6. Kavan Braun scored four goals in Cathedral’s win over University. Previous: 2

3. Brother Rice (Mich.), 13-4

The Warriors survived a challenging week by defeating some of Michigan’s toughest programs. They walloped OL St. Mary’s by a 25-6 margin on May 9, defeated Detroit Country Day 15-5 on Wednesday and beat Detroit Catholic Central 15-10 on Saturday. Jack Kelly scored seven goals in the win over DCC. Previous: 3

4. Loyola Academy (Ill.), 12-7

The Ramblers handed Grayslake North (Ill.) its first loss of the year on Wednesday, by a 12-4 margin, and then earned a 12-4 victory at Saint Viator (Ill.) on Friday. Loyola faces Glenbrook North (Ill.) on Tuesday. Previous: 7

5. New Trier (Ill.), 13-4 

The Trevians bounced back from their loss to Culver with a dominating 15-2 win over Glenbrook North on Wednesday. New Trier has a tough test on Tuesday against one-loss Glayslake North (Ill.). Previous: 8

6. Cincinnati St. Xavier (Ohio), 14-4

The Bombers had their nine-game winning streak snapped in a 12-10 loss to Dublin Jerome (Ohio) on Friday at the Midwest Lacrosse Tournament. They bounced back on Saturday with a 10-6 win over Kiski Prep (Pa.). Caleb Anderson scored six goals during last week’s tournament, including four against Jerome. St. Xavier kicks off state tournament action Wednesday against Walnut Hills (Ohio). Previous: 4

7. Dublin Coffman (Ohio), 15-3

The Shamrocks have been off since their 19-4 win over Thomas Worthington (Ohio) on May 8. Coffman begins postseason play Tuesday against Beavercreek (Ohio). Previous: 5

8. East Grand Rapids (Mich.), 13-1

The Pioneers shellacked Forest Hills Eastern (Mich.), 16-4, on Wednesday, but barely escaped with a 12-10 win against Forest Hills Central (Mich.) on Friday. They open the postseason with a Division 2 regional opener Thursday against Battle Creek Penfield (Mich.). Previous: 6

9. MICDS (Mo.), 14-5

The Rams ended their regular season with a 20-0 shutout of Westminster Christian (Mo.). MICDS now awaits the winner of John Burroughs and Eureka in the Missouri state playoffs. Previous: 9

10. Upper Arlington (Ohio), 16-2 

The Golden Bears are back in the rankings after a win at the Midwest Lacrosse Tournament. Upper Arlington defeated Kiski Prep (Pa.) on Friday, followed by topping Dublin Jerome (Ohio) in the title game on Saturday. Davis Kurz stopped nine of 12 shots against in the final. Previous: NR

1. St. Ignatius Prep (Calif.), 19-2

The Wildcats claimed their eighth straight West Catholic Athletic League (WCAL) title last week to wrap up another impressive season, which has them ranked in the top 10 nationally. Topher Bligh led Ignatius with a hat trick in the final, a 9-4 win over Bellarmine Prep. The Wildcats haven’t lost a league game in eight years of play. Previous: 1

2. Cherry Creek (Colo.), 16-1

The Bruins cruised into the Class 5A state semifinals with opening-round wins over Legend (Colo.), 15-5, and Chaparral (Colo.), 16-3. Alec Bildstein had three goals against Legend, while Asher Nolting added two goals and six assists. Cherry Creek next faces Kent Denver (Colo.) on Wednesday, as the Bruins seek a return to the title game after missing out last year for the first time since 2011. Previous: 2

3. Torrey Pines (Calif.), 17-4

The Falcons beat Bishop’s School 15-6 in the CIF San Diego Section Open Division Quarterfinals on Friday. They host in the semifinals Wednesday in a replay of Torrey Pine’s 19-7 win on May 5 for a chance at a potential championship rematch with Poway, which has prevailed in each of the last two finals. 4. La Costa Canyon (Calif.), 16-2

The second-seeded Mavericks opened the CIF San Diego Section Open playoffs with an 18-5 win over Santa Fe Christian (Calif.) on Saturday and now face defending champion Poway in the semifinals Wednesday. LCC edged Poway 8-7 on March 24. Previous: 4

5. Regis Jesuit (Colo.), 14-3

The Raiders are one game away from a chance to defend their Class 5A title after beating Grandview (Colo.) 14-4 and Columbine (Colo.) 10-4 in the first two rounds last week. Jake Taylor and Reed Babcock each tallied two goals and an assist in the quarterfinal win over Columbine on Saturday, and Braden Host registered 17 saves in goal. 6. San Ramon Valley (Calif.), 20-2

The Wolves outscored their first two opponents in the North Coast Section Division I playoffs 32-4 last week and advance to face Amador Valley (Calif.) in the semifinals Wednesday. The winner plays De La Salle (Calif.) or defending champion Monte Vista-Danville (Calif.) in the final. Previous: 6

7. Loyola-Los Angeles (Calif.), 21-4

The Cubs claimed their second straight Southern Section CIF title, avenging a regular-season loss to Palos Verdes (Calif.) in the Los Angeles final Wednesday and topping Foothill-Santa Ana (Calif.) 13-5 in the overall championship Saturday. Foothill upset Corona del Mar (Calif.) in the Orange County final. 8. Arapahoe (Colo.), 13-4

The Warriors are 12-1 since a 1-3 start to the season that included a trio of lopsided losses. They’ve recovered nicely and now get a shot at avenging one of their four losses when they meeting Regis Jesuit in the Class 5A semifinals Wednesday. Arapahoe, which also has a win over fellow semifinalist Kent Denver (Colo.), advanced by beating Mountain Vista (Colo.) 11-9 for a second time in eight days. Previous: NR

9. Eastside Catholic (Wash.), 13-2

The Crusaders were idle last week and don’t play again until Saturday when they meet Seattle Prep in the WHSBLA Private A semifinals. Seattle Prep was one of two teams to hold Eastside under 10 goals this season, but lost 8-5 on May 2. Previous: 9

10. West Linn (Ore.), 17-0

The Lions added two more decisive wins last week, beating Lakeridge (Ore.), 15-7, and Canby (Ore.), 15-6. They close the regular season Tuesday at Oregon City (Ore.). Previous: 10
