The most coveted player in the NCAA transfer portal has reportedly found his new home.

Michael Sowers, the dynamic Princeton attackmen who entered the portal on April 9, will play at Duke in 2021, according to Ty Xanders of Inside Lacrosse. Xanders specifies that Sowers' transfer is pending admission as a graduate student in Duke's Fuqua School of Business.

Sowers is a four-time All-American who was the likely Tewaaraton favorite during this shortened 2020 season, in which he averaged 9.4 points per game. He told US Lacrosse Magazine that his dream would be to return to Princeton, but the university opted against allowing spring student-athletes to withdraw and return next season.

This is a developing story. US Lacrosse Magazine will publish updates when necessary.
