Wilmington University opened its season with an 18-15 victory over Frostburg in an NCAA women's Division II game on Saturday. The Wildcats scored the first five goals of the game, but Frostburg rallied to take a 14-12 lead in the fourth quarter. Wilmington then scored six of the game's last seven goals to earn the win. Campbell Heller led Wilmington with five goals and two assists and Makenzie Stritzinger scored goal times. Anna Kearney scored five goals for Frostburg.
