Glenelg Country School's 2021 season ended with a 10-9 loss to St. Paul's in a battle of powerhouse Maryland high school programs. St. Paul's went on to win the IAAM championship and secure the No. 1 ranking in the final Nike/USA Lacrosse high school ranking. St. Paul's was undefeated this season and still entrenched at No. 1 in the rankings, but the No. 3 Dragons blew open the game in the second half and defeated the Gators 20-7 on Wednesday afternoon. Jaclyn Marszal, a Notre Dame commit, had a huge day with eight goals and six assists to power Glenelg Country School and the Dragons defense held St. Paul's to just one goal over the final 28 minutes of the game.
