The United States returned the Margaret Boyd Cup to the United States with a 13-3 victory over Canada in the championship game of the 2019 World Lacrosse Women's U19 World Championship. The victory completed a dominating run through the tournament as the U.S. went 7-0 and never trailed in any of its seven victories.
