North Carolina opened its new lacrosse stadium in grand fashion, scoring 14 first half goals on the way to a 21-11 victory over Northwestern. Sophomore Jamie Ortega tied a UNC school record with 10 points (7g, 3a), tying Kellie Thompson's single-game mark set in 2002.
