City beat Mervo 9-8 in overtime during a day celebrating Baltimore city lacrosse at US Lacrosse headquarters. The day also included recognition of the fabled Morgan State University team from the 1970s, a collegiate game between Hampton University and Bethany, youth club games, tours of the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame and Museum and ceremonies remembering two lacrosse players who were victims of Baltimore’s gun violence epidemic.
