Penn posted its third one-goal victory of the season against a ranked toe, topping Duke 10-9 at Franklin Field. Zoe Belodeau once again played the hero role, scoring the game-winner with 4:30 remaining after Duke's Charlotte North had tied the game scoring back-to-back goals.
