Temple opened Big East play with a big 10-9 victory over Denver, the third straight victory of the season for the Owls. Temple goalie Maryn Lowell made two of her 12 saves in the final minute of the game to help seal the victory. Amber Lambeth, Oliva Thompson and Michelle Koscinski each had two goals for the Owls.
