Cornell handed No. 1 Towson its first loss of the season, beating the Tigers 18-11 in the Crown Lacrosse Classic in Charlotte, N.C. Clarke Petterson scored eight goals, all of them in the first half, to lead the Big Red to the win and John Piatelli added four goals and two assists.
