Lacrosse’s premier storytelling podcast is returning for its fourth season on Wednesday, Feb. 17.

“Overtime,” a podcast hosted by former Syracuse All-American and current ESPN reporter Paul Carcaterra, has chronicled the stories of the top lacrosse players, coaches and alums since its launch in 2019.

Names like Brooklyn Nets owner Joe Tsai, Super Bowl champion Chris Hogan, National Lacrosse Hall of Famers Bill Tierney and Kelly Amonte Hiller and plenty more have sat down with Carcaterra on episodes of “Overtime.”

Season 4 will dive into new storylines and shed light on some of the emerging talents in the game of lacrosse.

In the first episode of this season, Carcaterra speaks with Tewaaraton Award candidate and Duke star attackman Michael Sowers. On the verge of history, Sowers made the difficult decision to transfer from Princeton to Duke after the COVID-19 pandemic derailed his senior season with the Tigers.

Sowers and Carcaterra cover his upbringing in the Philadelphia suburbs, his challenging first year in college and his excitement at the potential of a national championship come this May.

You can find episodes of “Overtime” on Apple Podcast and Spotify.
