The beginnings of our virtual Championship Weekend are upon us.

Starting Thursday afternoon, we’ll begin polling fans on Twitter to see who will make it to the national championship game of our Nike / US Lacrosse Magazine Virtual NCAA Tournament. There were nearly 7,500 votes on @uslacrossemag during the quarterfinal round, delivering the final four teams of the 2020 men’s lacrosse season.

A quick reminder of the tournament rules:

  • The fan choice will count for 50 percent of the result

  • US Lacrosse Magazine experts will account for the other 50 percent of the result

  • Winners and next-round matchups will be revealed once each round finishes

Be sure to monitor our Twitter feed later this week for both semifinal polls. Fans will have 24 hours to select the winner of each game, setting up the national championship contest.
