KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Reinhardt (Ga.) remains at No. 1 in the latest edition of the Men’s Lacrosse Coaches’ Top 10 Poll.

Top 10 Highlights

  • Reinhardt (Ga.) holds the most No. 1 rankings in men’s lacrosse with 13.

  • Reinhardt is the defending national invitational champion   

  • There is one new team to the poll: No. 10 Siena Heights (Mich.)

  • Five teams remained at the same rank as the preseason poll

  • Keiser (Fla.) moved up into the Top 5 after wins over then-RV Tennessee Wesleyan and then No. 5 Benedictine (Kan.)

  • Reinhardt (Ga.) holds the longest active consecutive streak in the poll with 34. Keiser (Fla.) follows with 23.

Poll Methodology

  • The rating committee is comprised of eight raters — two raters per conference/group.

  • Each conference/group produces a conference rating from which raters will use to compile their national ballot. Only teams represented on the conference rating are eligible for the national ballot.

  • Each rater will submit a top 15 ballot, which will be used to produce the Top 10 national rating and a list of other teams receiving votes.

SCAD Savannah (Ga.) opened the season at No. 1 in the preseason edition of the 2020 NAIA Women’s Lacrosse Coaches’ Top 10 Poll and remains there in the first update to the poll.

Top 10 Highlights

  • The Bees boast 34 all-time No. 1 rankings, which is the most all-time in NAIA women's lacrosse.

  • SCAD Savannah is the defending national invitational champion

  • No. 9 Life (Ga.) made the move into the Top 10

  • Only five teams remain at the same rank from the preseason poll

  • SCAD Savannah and Georgetown (Ky.) hold a consecutive active streak in the poll with 35 appearances.

  • SCAD Savannah is the only team to spend an entire season ranked No. 1
