Mount Sinai (N.Y.) was in jeopardy of falling out of the national rankings last week, sitting at No. 24 overall. Now, the Mustangs' spot is safe after they rallied off wins over then-No. 5 Christian Brothers and then-No. 18 Bayport-Blue Point (N.Y.). To add to an already great run, Mount Sinai blew out Mercy (N.Y.) 21-0, with seven goals and two assists coming from Gabriella Sartori. It now sits at No. 9 in the Nike/USL High School Girls' National Top 25.

The most movement came at the end of this week's rankings, as Eastport-South Manor (N.Y.), Manhasset (N.Y.), Conestoga (Pa.) and Episcopal Academy (Pa.) all enter the Top 25.

1. Garden City (N.Y.), 11-1

The Trojans pushed their win streak to 29 games last week with victories over West Genesee (N.Y.) and Long Beach (N.Y.), but their impressive run ended with an 11-8 loss to Moorestown (N.J.). Jenn Medjid totaled three goals and two assists in the Moorestown loss. This week, Garden City faces Cold Spring Harbor (N.Y.) and Manhasset (N.Y.), both teams who were previously ranked in the regional top 10. Previous: 1

2. Darien (Conn.), 6-2

The Blue Wave went 2-0 last week, topping Ridgefield (Conn.), 16-6, and previously-ranked Bayport-Blue Point (N.Y.), 12-4. Darien faces a challenging slate this week with games against Stamford (Conn.), Manhasset (N.Y.), and New Canaan (Conn.). Previous: 4

3. St. Anthony’s (N.Y.), 8-2

The Friars played a doubleheader last week, topping Archbishop Molloy (N.Y.), 13-0, and falling to Manhasset, 10-9, in the same day. Kiera Accettella netted six goals and an assist. St. Anthony’s plays Our Lady of Mercy (N.Y.) and Sacred Heart (N.Y.) this week. Previous: 3

4. Mount Sinai (N.Y.), 6-2

A week after dropping out of the rankings, the Mustangs re-enter in a big way following a pair of top-10 wins last week. They collected a 9-5 victory over Bayport-Blue Point (N.Y.) and a 9-4 win over Christian Brothers Academy (N.Y.). Mount Sinai also added a 21-0 win over Mercy (N.Y.), as Gabriella Sartori finished with seven goals and two assists. Previous: NR

5. Christian Brothers Academy (N.Y.), 6-1             

The Brothers went 2-1 last week, beating Fulton (N.Y.), 20-6, and Wantagh (N.Y.), 11-6, but suffering a 9-4 loss to Mount Sinai (N.Y.). Grace Huslander netted two goals and Sloane Nicoletti-Watson stopped nine shots in the Mount Sinai loss. CBA plays Oswego (N.Y.) and Syracuse (N.Y.) this week. Previous: 2

6. Pittsford (N.Y.), 5-0

The Panthers went 2-0 on their spring break trip to Long Island. Pittsford defeated Yorktown (N.Y.), 16-8, and Scarsdale (N.Y.), 11-5. Pittsford faces Rush-Henrietta (N.Y.), Greece Athena-Odyssey (N.Y.) and Cicero-North Syracuse (N.Y.) this week. Previous: 6

7. Cicero-North Syracuse (N.Y.), 9-0

C-NS had a good week, earning impressive wins over Webster Thomas (N.Y.), Liverpool (N.Y.) and West Genesee (N.Y.). Jessica Meneilly totaled three goals in the West Genesee win. C-NS has a tough week with matchups looming against Fayetteville-Manlius (N.Y.), Baldwinsville (N.Y.) and Pittsford (N.Y.). Previous: 7

8. Northport (N.Y.), 7-1

The Tigers added wins over Commack (N.Y.), 12-7, and Sachem East (N.Y.), 16-7, but ended last week with a 9-8 loss to New Canaan (Conn.). Emerson Cabrera totaled nine goals and two assists in the two wins. Northport faces Ward Melville (N.Y.) and William Floyd (N.Y.) this week. Previous: 5

9. Eastport-South Manor (N.Y.), 8-1

The Sharks move into the rankings after going 3-0 last week. Kasey Choma led the team with six goals and one assist in an impressive 15-10 win over Suffern (N.Y.), as Bishop Ireton (Va.) remains the only team to beat E-SM this year. The Sharks face Babylon (N.Y.) and Deer Park (N.Y.) this week. Previous: NR

10. Manhasset (N.Y.), 5-3

Manhasset moves back into the regional rankings after securing two wins last week. The Indians topped Farmingdale (N.Y.), 17-4, and then held on for a 10-9 win over St. Anthony’s (N.Y.). Madison Rielly totaled six goals and four assists in the two wins. Manhasset faces Massapequa (N.Y.), Darien (Conn.), North Shore (N.Y.) and Garden City (N.Y.) this week. Previous: NR

Mid-Atlantic Top 10

1. McDonogh (Md.), 14-0

The Eagles put together two more dominating performances last week. They beat Severn (Md.), 15-5, on April 18 and St. Paul’s (Md.), 19-7, on Friday. Catie May (Maryland) scored five goals in each game. They head to Notre Dame Prep (Md.) on Thursday with first-place in the IAAM on the line. Previous: 1

2. Ridgewood (N.J.), 10-0

The Maroons added to their impressive résumé Saturday, easing past then-No. 14 Wantagh (N.Y.), 13-6. Alex Absey (Columbia) had four goals in that one, plus three apiece in wins over Northern Highlands (N.J.) and Chatham (N.J.). They’ve got a showdown with red-hot Moorestown (N.J.) coming Saturday. 3. Glenelg (Md.), 10-0

The Gladiators have won 17 straight, dating back to last season. They never trailed Friday in fending off then-No. 15 Marriotts Ridge (Md.), 10-7. Lindsay Letellier led the offense with three goals. Glenelg also beat Broadneck, 16-5, on Wednesday. Previous: 4 

4. Notre Dame Prep (Md.), 14-1

The Blazers had a great week with three wins, including Friday’s 11-8 upset of then-national No. 3 St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes (Va.). Katie Railey (Virginia) scored a game-high four goals in that one. They also edged Archbishop Spalding (Md.), 13-10, in a matchup of two of the IAAM’s best. They’ll get their shot at McDonogh on Thursday. Previous: 5  

5. St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes (Va.), 15-1

The Saints tripped up for the first time in more than a year on Friday with an 11-8 loss to then-No. 9 Notre Dame Prep (Md.). Lea Cox (Virginia Tech) and Zoe Belodeau (Penn) scored three goals apiece in the rare setback, which came after a 19-12 win over IAC rival Georgetown Visitation (D.C.) on April 18. Previous: 2

6. Summit (N.J.), 9-1

The Hilltoppers have won eight in a row since their early loss to Ridgewood. The highlight last week was a 12-6 victory over New York power Cold Spring Harbor, fueled by six goals from Katia Carnevale. The Lehigh recruit tallied 12 goals for the week. They’ll try to extend the streak Tuesday against West Morris Central (N.J.). Previous: 6

7. Bridgewater Raritan (N.J.) 9-0

The Panthers are still unbeaten after comfortable victories over Hillsborough (N.J.), Phillipsburg (N.J.) and Middle Country (N.Y.) last week. Ally Mastroianni combined for nine goals and nine assists to pace an offense averaging 16 goals per game. They’ll try to hand Bernards (N.J.) its first loss on Thursday. Previous: 8

8.  Moorestown (N.J.), 9-1

The Quakers scored an attention-grabbing upset Saturday, taking down then-No. 2 Garden City 
(N.Y.), 11-8. Robin Panzarella (Penn) posted four goals to help snap the defending New York Class B champion’s 29-game winning streak. They also added victories over Rancocas Valley (N.J.) and Shawnee (N.J.) in a banner week. Previous: NR

9. Marriotts Ridge (Md.), 7-2

After earning an 18-6 win over Reservois (Md.) on Wednesday, the Mustangs couldn’t get past rival Glenelg on Friday. Erin Cooke tallied three goals in the 10-7 loss. Marriotts Ridge will get another shot for a marquee victory Saturday when they travel to top-ranked McDonogh. Previous: 7

10.  Agnes Irwin (Pa.), 9-2

The Owls beat Notre Dame (Mass.), 14-10, on April 18 and Baldwin School (Pa.), 15-4, on Friday. Lila Barker (Virginia) totaled eight goals and four assists in the victories. This is a busy week with four games on the schedule, including three against Inter-Ac opponents. Monday, Agnes Irwin added a 17-6 win over Germantown Academy (Pa.). Previous: 9

South Top 10

1. Hutchison (Tenn.), 14-0

The Sting remained unbeaten with a 12-8 win over Ensworth (Tenn.) and vault into the top position with a major shakeup, thanks to some surprising playoff results in Florida this week. They were scheduled to play St. Mary’s Episcopal (Tenn.) on Monday and then face a doubleheader Saturday against Charlotte Country Day (N.C.) and Walton (Ga.) to conclude the regular season. Previous: 2  

2. St. Thomas Aquinas (Fla.), 17-1

The Raiders beat Ransom Everglades (Fla.) 21-7 in the second round of the Florida state play-in games and pulled off a huge, season-changing upset in the next round. They rallied from a three-goal second-half deficit to upend unbeaten American Heritage-Delray 10-9 in overtime to win the regional and advance to the state semifinals. Jada Preston scored on an eight-meter shot for the win, which avenged a 13-goal loss earlier this season and catapulted the Raiders up in the rankings. Previous: 7

3. Milton (Ga.), 13-4

The Eagles had another big week, going 3-1 overall and 2-1 against out-of-state teams. After beating West Forsyth (Ga.) 19-1, the Eagles upended Sacred Heart (N.Y.), 11-8, and handled South-ranked Cardinal Gibbons (N.C.), 18-9, before losing to national No. 22 Bishop Ireton (Va.) 9-8 in a triple overtime thriller. The last two games were both on Saturday. Bridget Deehan had 35 saves in the four games, including 12 against Bishop Ireton. The Eagles finish the regular season Friday against Cambridge (Ga.). 4. American Heritage-Delray (Fla.), 19-1

The Stallions’ season ended abruptly with a 10-9 overtime loss to St. Thomas in the third-round of the state play-in games, which was essentially the regional championship game. American Heritage had beaten Pinecrest (Fla.) 17-5 in the second round. Freshman Caitlyn Wurzburger had two goals and an assist to finish the season with 101 goals and 117 assists. Previous: 4  

5. Barron Collier (Fla.), 20-1

The upstart Cougars did what has been impossible in Florida since lacrosse became a sanctioned sport in 2008, stopping Vero Beach from reaching the state final four. The Cougars rallied after falling behind 5-0 to beat the Fighting Indians 9-7 in Vero Beach, a cataclysmic win that shook the lacrosse world in Florida. The Cougars had lost to Vero six consecutive years in the playoffs. Jaclyn Berry scored four goals for the Cougars, who slowed the game down to keep Vero’s offense in check. Previous: NR

6. Vero Beach (Fla.), 18-3

The Indians rolled on to a 13-6 win over Benjamin (Fla.) in the second round of the state playoffs, but fell hard to Barron Collier in the third round to end a streak of final four appearances that date back more than a decade. The Indians won 10 consecutive state titles, including eight FHSAA finals, before losing in last year’s championship game. They had made the state finals every year since 2005, dating back to club lacrosse days. Previous: 1 

7. North Gwinnett (Ga.), 16-1

The Bulldogs rebounded from their first loss of the season with a thrilling 8-7 win over Cambridge (Ga.) and then beat Lanier (Ga.) 20-0. In the win over Cambridge, Haley Gorke had four goals and seven draw controls, and Samantha Gladstein collected six saves in goal and three groundballs. The Bulldogs wrap up the regular season this week. Previous: 5

8. Cardinal Gibbons (N.C.), 14-2

The Crusaders beat Chattahoochee 19-12 in the first of two games against Georgia teams last week, then lost to ranked Milton 19-8 to end a seven-game win streak. They wrap up the regular season Tuesday against Pinecrest (N.C.). Previous: 6

9. Lassiter (Ga.), 14-3

The Trojans only played once, but it was a big game and a big win over rival Walton (Ga.), which had beaten Lassiter three consecutive years in the state semifinals. The Trojans won 9-7 to claim the Area 4 title, as Emma Grace Wisdom led with five goals. Isabella D’Alba’s goal with seven minutes left put Lassiter up for good. Previous: 8  

10. Hockaday (Texas), 17-3

The Daisies join the rankings after knocking off McKinney Club (Texas) and Episcopal School Dallas (Texas) to win the North District championship. Emily Stallings had 10 goals in the 19-12 win over ESD, and Kate Love had 11 draw controls, two goals and two assists. Two of the Daisies’ three losses were to out-of-state teams. The other was to ESD on March 24. Hockaday plays in the Southwest Preparatory Conference semifinals Friday. Previous: NR

Midwest Top 10

1. Upper Arlington (Ohio), 10-2

The Golden Bears have won nine in a row following convincing decisions against Pine-Richland (Pa.) and Chagrin Falls (Ohio) on Saturday and an 18-0 win over Hilliard-Davidson (Ohio) on Monday. Junior midfielder Lauren Farmer scored five goals against Pine-Richland, followed by three goals and two assists versus Chagrin Falls. Previous: 1

2. Loyola Academy (Ill.), 14-2

Loyola polished off a grueling four-day trip to Colorado with a perfect 5-0 record last week, beating up on four of Colorado’s top teams and St. Ignatius Prep (Calif.). The Ramblers won by a combined 75-36 margin. Brennan Dwyer, a Northwestern signee, scored 22 goals, added 14 helpers and won 51 draws. Teammate Madison Kane, a Marquette commit, scored 17 times and added eight assists. Previous: 2 

3, Rockford (Mich.), 7-1 

The Rams easily won four games last week, all against teams with winning records. Brooklyn Neumen scored 21 goals combined, including eight in a 20-6 win over Cranbrook Kingswood (Mich.) on Saturday. Rockford has a challenging week ahead with contests against East Grand Rapids (Mich.), New Trier (Ill.) and Loyola Academy (Ill.), after opening with a win over Catholic Central (Mich.). Previous: 3

4. Massillon Jackson (Ohio), 10-0 

Massillon Jackson is coming off a bye week after an unblemished start to the season. The Polar Bears have three games on the schedule this week, highlighted by a visit to 6-2 Chagrin Falls (Ohio). Previous: 4

5. Noblesville (Ind.), 7-0

The Millers remained undefeated last week after knocking off fellow unbeaten Hamilton Southeastern (Ind.) by a 19-3 score. Noblesville has another challenging week ahead with three games on the schedule, highlighted by neutral-site matches on April 29 versus Eastern (Ky.) and Cincinnati St. Ursula (Ohio). Previous: 5

6. New Albany (Ohio), 9-1

The Eagles had another impressive week, as they defeated Olentangy (Ohio) 18-8 on April 18, followed by a 14-4 win over Mason (Ohio) on Friday. Gracie Pine scored a total of eight goals last week. Previous: 6

7. New Trier (Ill.), 11-1 

The Trevians hold steady after solid wins over Glenbrook North (Ill.), Evanston Township (Ill.) and Hinsdale Central last week. Lucy Murray, a midfielder who has committed to Dartmouth, recorded hat tricks in all three games last week, totaling 11 goals and 12 assists for the week. Previous: 7

8. Eden Prairie (Minn.), 2-0

Eden Prairie finally kicked off its season last week with dominating wins over Wayzata (Minn.) and Hopkins (Minn.). Naomi Rogge, a senior who is committed to play hockey at Minnesota-Duluth, scored 11 goals and added six assists combined in the two games. Previous: 8

9. Blake (Minn.), 2-0 

Blake started its season on Thursday with a 14-8 win over Holy Family Catholic (Minn.) and also got a 10-9 victory over Cretin-Derham Hall (Minn.). Blake’s Emily Johnsrud, an attacker committed to Army, scored 11 goals last week, including seven against Holy Family Catholic. Previous: 9

10. Catholic Central (Mich.), 5-1

Catholic Central knocked East Grands Rapids (Mich.) out of the regional Top 10 with a 12-10 victory over the Pioneers on Wednesday. Catholic Central also defeated Flint Powers Catholic (Mich.) and Birmingham Seaholm (Mich.) on Saturday before falling to Rockford on Monday. Previous: NR

1. Torrey Pines (Calif.), 15-0

The Falcons continued their roll with a 15-3 win over Carlsbad (Calif.) on Friday. They were set to play Cathedral Catholic (Calif.) on Monday before a second big matchup with La Costa Canyon (Calif.) on Tuesday. Previous: 1

2. Novato (Calif.), 16-1

After a lopsided win over San Marin (Calif.), the Hornets made it look just as easy picking up their fourth win over a ranked opponent. They beat then-No. 5 Mater Dei (Calif.) 17-5, as Charlie Rudy amassed six goals and three assists, Allie Level tallied five goals and two assists and Jamie Level added three goals and 13 draw controls. 3. Colorado Academy (Colo.), 8-2

The Mustangs bounced back from a 14-7 loss to Midwest powerhouse Loyola Academy (Ill.) to edge No. 4 St. Ignatius Prep (Calif.) 8-7. Colorado took a 7-2 halftime lead and held on for the win. Lauren Russell led with three goals and an assist and Bridget Sutter made 10 saves in the cage. Previous: 3

4. St. Ignatius Prep (Calif.) 8-6

A busy week back from break started off well with wins over Regis Jesuit (Colo.) and Cherry Creek (Colo.) on Wednesday and Thursday, but the Wildcats dropped a pair of games Friday against top-level competition. They gave Colorado Academy a good game but couldn’t keep up with previously nationally-ranked Loyola (Ill.) in a 19-9 decision. Catriona Barry had 11 goals and 14 draw controls combined in the two losses. Gabby Noto netted the game-winner in a double-overtime victory over Cherry Creek and was one of four players with three goals in a 13-3 win over Regis, which marked her first game back from ACL surgery. 5. California High (Calif.), 12-2

The Grizzlies split a pair of games last week, opening with a 16-13 win over former No. 5 Mater Dei (Calif.) before suffering a 9-8 letdown against a solid Monte Vista-Danville (Calif.) squad. Four players had hat tricks in the Mater Dei win: Isabella McHugh (six goals), Marissa Leonardi (five goals), Ashley Ward (three goals, three assists) and Rachel Leonardi (four goals). The next big test is a matchup against 14-3 Amador Valley (Calif.) on Friday. Previous: 6  

6. Bainbridge Island (Wash.), 8-0

The Spartans stunned Issaquah (Wash.) 17-7 on Friday and replace the then-No. 7 Eagles in the rankings. Sophia Hagstromer amassed six goals and five assists, and Mackenzie Chapman had six goals and two assists to lead the Bainbridge attack, while Thuy Ortiz registered 10 saves in goal. The Spartans have scored 16 goals or more in every game this season. Previous: NR

7. Lake Oswego (Ore.), 10-2

The Lakers cruised to a 14-0 win over Clackamas (Ore.) in their lone game last week but a much anticipated date with rival West Linn (Ore.) was scheduled for Monday night. As usual, Lauren Gilbert (five goals, two assists) and Carlie Leach (five goals) led Lake Oswego against Clackamas. Previous: 8 

8. Cherry Creek (Colo.), 7-3

The Bruins were rewarded for a pair of competitive losses last week. After a 14-5 rout of Arapahoe (Colo.), they dropped an 11-10 overtime loss to St. Ignatius (Calif.) and 12-8 decision to Loyola (Ill.), with all three games played on consecutive days. Pearl Schwartz had 10 goals and four assists over the three games. Previous: 10

9. Poway (Calif.), 15-1

The Titans picked up a pair of lopsided wins last week with a 16-2 rout of Westview (Calif.) followed by a 18-7 decision over Del Norte (Calif.). Isabelle Flud had four goals and three assists against Westview, and Camdyn O’Donnell tallied five goals. Previous: 9

10. Menlo (Calif.), 11-2

The Knights jump into the rankings for the first time, as they picked up a notable 11-10 win over Amador Valley (Calif.) on April 18 to open a perfect stretch of three games in three days. USC-bound senior Sophia Donovan had three goals and an assist against Amador, while freshman Page Wolfenden and sophomore Charlotte Swisher each had hat tricks. Menlo has won eight straight since a 3-2 start the included losses to St. Ignatius and California High. Previous: NR
