For the first time this season, there were no changes among the top 10 teams in the Nike/US Lacrosse Division II Women’s Top 20, as those squads combined to post a 19-0 record during last week’s games.
As has been the case all season, defending champion Le Moyne continues to dominate opponents and sit atop the rankings. The Dolphins will put their 22-game winning streak to the test Wednesday, hosting No. 3 Adelphi. The winner of that game will clinch the top seed for the Northeast 10 tournament, which begins May 1. Le Moyne and Adelphi are both 11-0 in conference games this season.
Several other leagues begin championship play this week. No. 6 Florida Southern secured the top seed for the four-team Sunshine State Tournament, and hosts Florida Tech. The other semifinal game features No. 4 Rollins against No. 9 Tampa in the third meeting between the teams this season.
No. 10 Queens is the top seed for the South Atlantic Conference Tournament and opens play Friday against the winner of the opening round game between Catawba and Wingate. No. 12 Limestone is the No. 1 seed for the Conference Carolinas Tournament and hosts Converse in Monday’s quarterfinal round game.

The Pioneers registered two ranked wins last week, beating No. 20 New Haven and No. 18 Bentley. Junior Brianna Feldman enjoyed a big night against New Haven, scoring seven goals, including the overtime winner in the 21-20 victory, and also eclipsing the 100 career goals milestone.

East Stroudsburg (-5)
The Warriors had their modest three-game winning streak halted Saturday, falling 7-6 at unranked Mercyhurst. ESU went scoreless over the final 21 minutes of the game while recoding its lowest scoring total of the season.
St. Leo (-4)
It’s been a hard fall for the Lions, who closed the season with four straight losses after a school-record 13-0 start. The toughest blow came Saturday with a 10-7 loss to Florida Tech that left St. Leo out of the SSC’s four-team postseason tournament.

NYIT
As the only undefeated team in league play, the Bears control their own destiny in the ECC’s regular season race. NYIT extended its winning streak to seven games with blowout victories over Queens (N.Y.) and UDC. Wednesday’s game against second-place Mercy could determine the top seed for the ECC tournament.

Bentley (formerly No. 18)
The Falcons are coming back to earth after an 8-1 start, having now lost four of their last five. The latest two setbacks came in lopsided losses to LIU Post and top-ranked Le Moyne. The defending champs raced to a 12-1 halftime lead and outshot the Falcons 35-8 in Saturday’s rout in Waltham.
