Kole Pollock, one of the top offensive players in Adelphi history, has been named the US Lacrosse Magazine Division II Women’s Preseason Player of the Year.

The lethal attacker has 225 goals and 52 assists in her Adelphi career, setting her up for one last run at Devan Crimi and Erica Devito's shared program record of 380 points. Pollock will also chase Jacqueline Jahelka's 281 career goals, a mark likely more attainable for the Massapequa-born star.

As a graduate student, Pollock is one of several fifth-year veterans for a talented Panthers team that is technically still the reigning national champion. Of course, Pollock was one of the top players during that 2019 national championship run.
