We put together the April 2020 cover of US Lacrosse Magazine a little more than a week before the 2020 season was abruptly ended due to the COVID-19 outbreak across the country. Since then, we've remained committed to telling the best stories in lacrosse, as Editor in Chief Matt DaSilva explained in a column published the Monday after the big news broke.

At the time of publication, Sowers was setting the lacrosse world on fire. The likely Tewaaraton frontrunner after posting a ridiculous 42 points in four games, the Princeton senior became a household name. You can learn more about Sowers in this feature by Nelson Rice, which is the cover story to the magazine.

Also in the April edition: The rest of the 'Unrivaled' Ivy League package, which includes features on Cornell's Jeff Teat and Yale's TD Ierlan; How the Jacksonville men's lacrosse team has welcomed players from all backgrounds; Grassroots lacrosse stories from all regions, highlighting how US Lacrosse is committed to growing the game everywhere; An in-depth profile of Syracuse women's lacrosse star Emily Hawryschuk; and so much more.
